• The Fitness Room is open from 08:00 to 18.30. Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness room for security reasons.
• The Sauna and Steam Room is open from 12:00 to 18:30 on weekdays.
• The Babysitter (Kid's Club) is open outside of business hours.
• Kid's Club is open from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 23:00 on weekends.
• Closed Disco (23:00 – 01:00 Every Day except Monday)
• Basketball and Tennis court night lighting is charged.
• Room and towel cards are issued at reception based on the number of people staying at check-in. There is a charge for each card that is not delivered at check-out.
• Drinks are prohibited by law for guests under the age of 18.
• Food and beverage products are not allowed on the property due to hygiene rules
  Pets are not allowed in the hotel due to hygiene rules.
• Skating and scooters are not allowed on site for the safety of guests and children.
  The Aqua Bar can't serve or use alcohol.
• Two children share a bed in 2+2 accommodations in villa rooms and main building deluxe rooms.
• Couples wishing to benefit from the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate upon check-in for their stay within three months of the date of marriage.
• Our guests traveling to Cyprus, regardless of age (including children and infants), are required to travel with a new type of id card with photos in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards.
