The property is divided into two sections: Royal Block and Premium Block. Room types vary by block. Royal rooms are given by land. The casino is located in the middle of the Royal and Premium blocks. There is a direct pass to the Casino from both blocks.

The property offers a free shuttle service at certain time intervals for guests wishing to go to the city center.

Special lessons are offered for basketball, volleyball, tennis, football, badminton, table tennis, swimming and personal sports education with instructors.

Access to merit royal hotel & casino rooms starts from 14.00. The departure time is 12:00 at the latest. Please note that pets are not allowed on site. Please note that the use of open spaces at the property depends on seasonal conditions.

The property has a disabled room. With the exception of suites, Connection Rooms or some private rooms, 2+2 or 3+1 stays in other rooms can create room congestion and the extra beds provided may not be in the comfort of a fixed bed.

Extra bed service is only available in the Premium Block. Please note that rooms outside the King Suite (2+1) cannot accommodate more than 2 people in the Royal Block.
