Facility employees have been trained on hygiene, personal cleaning, what to do in their field of duty and the rules to be followed, and reminders are made through meetings held every day.

All general areas, reception, lobby, WCs, main restaurant and a la carte restaurants, bars, gym, SPA, floor corridors and elevators are cleaned frequently during the day with special disinfectants and disposable cloths or suitable materials.

In addition to the general cleaning practices of the facility, disinfection work is carried out with the ULV device in all general areas and personnel areas by receiving service from the professionals who provide service in this field.

In addition to daily cleaning, detail cleaning is carried out with special disinfectants in the guest rooms.

Bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, bedspreads, towels and bathrobes used in the rooms are washed at high temperatures.

The filters of the air conditioners in the rooms and in the general area are disinfected with special chemicals.

The serving bowls and tongs in the buffets are washed at high temperatures and the tongs are changed at short intervals.

The health status of the employees is monitored daily, and employees with fever or signs of illness are referred to the health institution and are allowed leave until they recover.

Written and visual documents regarding personal precautionary measures and information about COVID 19 have been hung in all personnel areas.

Personnel services and personnel accommodation areas are disinfected. There are hand disinfectants at the service entrances, accommodation and common areas.
