Additional Measures Taken for Epidemic Disease

- The handle sections of all luggages to be carried by Bellboy at the time of arrival will be disinfected with sprays.

- Valet service will not be provided for hygiene reasons.

- Disinfection stands will be located at the entrance of the hotel. Reception desks will be disinfected at the end of all procedures.

- Check-out time will be 11:00 and check-in time will be 15:00.

- During check-in, an information form will be filled out regarding the last fourteen days of travel movements of the guests. The guest commitment is expected to be filled out.

- Room cards will be given to our guests disinfected.

- Room changes will not be made except in case of emergency.

- Our hotel is working with the world-renowned and accepted Diversey brand on chemical cleaning products.

- A 12-hour waiting period will be applied between the next guest and the room entrance and exit. In the meantime, the room will be disinfected and ventilated with ULV devices by the disinfection team and prepared for our next guest.

- Our rooms will be cleaned and disinfected daily.

- Floor services team and chefs will wash their hands for each different room before cleaning each room and new gloves, masks and disposable cleaning cloths will be used.

- Ventilation filters are cleaned regularly and undergo periodic maintenance and repair processes.

- Pipette application will be removed.

The Sky roof pool on the 10th floor of the hotel will be +16 years old and guests under 16 years old are not allowed for the pool. Sky Roof will be open to all hotel guests as a food and beverage service.

Sun loungers and parasols are offered free of charge at the beach and pool.

The property has a disabled room. 2+2 or 3+1 stays in rooms other than family rooms or some private rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be in the comfort of a fixed bed.

People under the age of 18 are required to obtain power of attorney from their parents when traveling to Cyprus. (Only those traveling with the mother must obtain consent from the father, only from the father, from the mother, and from the parents of those traveling with the other 3rd person except both. If traveling with parents, consent is not required.)
